GOODLUCK GOODLUCK stumbled at the start.
ABOVE ALL shifted out on jumping and bumped WIND N GRASS.
HEARTY WISH shifted out at the start and bumped TOP TOP TEA.
From wide barriers, JUST GREAT TWO, YELLOWFIN and SPICY SO SMART were all steadied in the early stages to obtain cover.
After being steadied in the early stages from the outside barrier to obtain cover, SHINING FORTUNE (Z Purton) commenced to prove very difficult to settle and making the turn near the 1000 Metres got its head on the side and hung out. After this, SHINING FORTUNE continued to over-race and was unable to be steadied to obtain cover behind YELLOWFIN which resulted in SHINING FORTUNE being left racing wide and without cover near the 900 Metres. Following the race, Z Purton reported that after the 900 Metres SHINING FORTUNE continued to hang out when travelling strongly. He added that because of the racing manners of SHINING FORTUNE tonight, the horse was then not able to finish the race off over the latter stages. A veterinary inspection of SHINING FORTUNE immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Approaching and passing the 900 Metres, COLONEL travelled keenly when being steadied to obtain cover behind E BROTHER.
After the 900 Metres, YELLOWFIN commenced to prove very difficult to settle and got its head up when being checked away from the heels of WIND N GRASS.
Passing the 100 Metres, TOP TOP TEA and FORTUNE CARRIER brushed.
A veterinary inspection of GOODLUCK GOODLUCK immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
E BROTHER, TOP TOP TEA and FORTUNE CARRIER were sent for sampling.
