GO BALLISTIC was withdrawn on 3.6.21 by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (coughing after exercise) and was replaced by Standby Declared Starter RUN DES RUN. Before being allowed to race again, GO BALLISTIC will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
WICKER was slow to begin and subsequently finished tailed out. A veterinary inspection of WICKER immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. The performance of WICKER was considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, WICKER will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
DRAGON COMMANDER shifted out at the start and bumped the hindquarters of THE FULL BLOOM, causing THE FULL BLOOM to become unbalanced and DRAGON COMMANDER to lose ground. A short distance after this, DRAGON COMMANDER was inconvenienced by REGENCY GEM which got its head on the side and lay out when being ridden along.
SHINEALOT shifted out at the start and bumped CAN’T TOUCH THIS.
RUN DES RUN shifted out on jumping and bumped FIGURES TWO. After this, both RUN DES RUN and FIGURES TWO were steadied to obtain cover.
From the outside barrier, SURE WIN WIN was also steadied on jumping and shifted across behind runners to obtain cover.
Passing the winning post on the first occasion, CAN’T TOUCH THIS was awkwardly placed outside the heels of KEEP WINNING when being steadied to obtain cover.
Also passing the winning post on the first occasion, RUN DES RUN shifted in and brushed PROUD SKY which in turn shifted in and was awkwardly placed outside the heels of SURE WIN WIN.
Approaching the 500 Metres, DRAGON COMMANDER was awkwardly placed close to the heels of AEROSONIC when being shifted to the outside of that horse to improve into tight running between AEROSONIC and REGENCY GEM.
Shortly after entering the Straight, SURE WIN WIN was awkwardly placed close to the heels of AEROSONIC. Then passing the 300 Metres, SURE WIN WIN was shifted to the inside of that horse to obtain clear running.
Passing the 200 Metres, DRAGON COMMANDER and REGENCY GEM raced tight. REGENCY GEM then shifted out and inconvenienced CIRCUIT NUMBER ONE.
Throughout the race, KEEP WINNING travelled wide and without cover.
The performance of SPLENDID TIMING, which finished tailed out, was considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, SPLENDID TIMING will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination. A veterinary inspection of SPLENDID TIMING immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

SURE WIN WIN and DRAGON COMMANDER were sent for sampling.
