D DAY SUPER stood flat-footed as the start was effected and consequently lost a considerable amount of ground. Before being allowed to race again, D DAY SUPER will be required to perform satisfactorily in a stalls test. PO CHING KING knuckled over at the start. FLASHING GUY began awkwardly, shifted in and bumped the hindquarters of GOLDEN BAUHINIA. This resulted in FLASHING GUY racing back in the field. From wide barriers, DEHERE’S THE LOVE and HIGHLAND DRAGON were taken across behind runners shortly after the start. After the race, Z Purton (SECRET OF WINNING) stated that after beginning awkwardly, his mount did not handle the track conditions tonight. A veterinary inspection of SECRET OF WINNING immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
