ENJOY THE FUN and SERENDIPITY bumped at the start. GRATIFIED shifted out on jumping and bumped EMPIRE CITY. When being taken across behind runners, HOW SPEEDY was steadied away from the heels of EMPIRE CITY shortly after the start. From wide barriers, TRENDY WIN, BOLERO and SOLAR DRAGON were all taken across behind runners shortly after the start. Approaching the 1100 Metres, SNITZEL KID and PURE FORCE bumped. Passing the 1100 Metres, SIGHT LOVER was steadied away from the heels of PURE FORCE which shifted out after again making contact with SNITZEL KID. PURE FORCE travelled wide and without cover until near the 500 Metres. A veterinary inspection of ENJOY THE FUN immediately following the race did not show any significant findings other than the horse had twisted its right front plate. SNITZEL KID and HOW SPEEDY were sent for sampling.
