On arrival at the Start, A Sanna expressed concern regarding the action of SHARP STYLE. SHARP STYLE was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said, after the necessary consultations, that the horse was suitable to race. As the start was effected, SHARP STYLE stood flat-footed and lost a considerable amount of ground. Due to the amount of ground lost at the start, SHARP STYLE took no active part in the race. Before being allowed to race again, SHARP STYLE will be required to perform satisfactorily in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination. A veterinary inspection of SHARP STYLE immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. SKYEY SUPREME was slow to begin. HONG KONG BET and BEAUTY CHARISMA bumped at the start. STAR OF THEHARBOUR shifted out at the start and bumped JUMBO HAPPINESS. SPECIAL STARS was steadied shortly after the start to obtain cover. After travelling a short distance, STAR OF THEHARBOUR and BRAVERY AND POWER bumped. Passing the 600 Metres, BEAUTY CHARISMA was awkwardly placed behind MR RIGHT and then made the turn near the 550 Metres awkwardly. At the entrance to the Straight, HEALTHY LUCK raced tight outside SPECIAL STARS which shifted out into clear running. Passing the 450 Metres, SIMPLY BIG got its head on the side and lay in. After the 300 Metres, HONG KONG BET was directed out away from the heels of FORZA ANGEL to obtain clear running. For the majority of the race, HEALTHY LUCK travelled wide and without cover. A veterinary inspection of HEALTHY LUCK immediately following the race did not show any significant findings, however, the horse was unable to be scoped due to being fractious. HONG KONG BET and JUMBO HAPPINESS were sent for sampling. <11/7/2019 Additional Veterinary Report>HEALTHY LUCK, which performed poorly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings, however, the horse was unable to be scoped due to being fractious. HEALTHY LUCK was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer K L Man this morning. He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in its left front leg. Before being allowed to race again, HEALTHY LUCK will be subjected to an official veterinary examination. After the race, SHARP STYLE was again examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings. SHARP STYLE was examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer A T Millard this morning. He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in its right front leg and have a very restricted movement in all four legs. As previously advised, SHARP STYLE will be required to perform satisfactorily in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination before being allowed to race again.
