FINE NEEDLE began only fairly. BLUE POINT shifted in at the start and bumped LUCKY BUBBLES, causing both horses to become unbalanced. AMAZING KIDS and THEWIZARDOFOZ were steadied in the early stages and shifted across behind runners. At the 500 Metres, LUCKY BUBBLES was checked when unable to improve between MR STUNNING and BEAT THE CLOCK. A veterinary inspection of BLUE POINT immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. BEAT THE CLOCK, IVICTORY and MR STUNNING were sent for sampling.
