BRAVE STAR (G268): Sent for sampling post-race. SYMBOL OF STRENGTH (K352): A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. GUMMY GUMMY (H089): Jumped only fairly. From a wide barrier was then shifted across behind runners in the early stages. GOLDEN EMPIRE (E490): Near the 900 Metres made contact with DANCING CLASSICS when both runners contested a position behind SYMBOL OF STRENGTH. REFUSETOBEENGLISH (K362): Jumped only fairly and then was hampered when bumped by ROMANTIC SON which shifted out. HAYDAY (H321): No report. ROMANTIC SON (J537): Shifted out at the start and was bumped. Making the Home Turn was held up behind GOLDEN EMPIRE and when racing tight to the inside of DANCING CLASSICS. DANCING CLASSICS (J060): The tongue tie was refitted on arrival at the Start. Near the 900 Metres made contact with GOLDEN EMPIRE when both runners contested a position behind SYMBOL OF STRENGTH. Near the 600 Metres was steadied when crowded between GOLDEN EMPIRE and HAYDAY (K Teetan) which shifted in. K Teetan was reprimanded. In assessing the incident the Stewards were mindful that GOLDEN EMPIRE and DANCING CLASSICS had been racing tight for some distance before the interference occurred. D Probert reported that after his mount made contact with GOLDEN EMPIRE near the 900 Metres and was then steadied when crowded near the 600 Metres it did not run on when asked for an effort in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. SPORTS LEGEND (H456): No report. LUCKY PLANET (H235): Apprentice P N Wong stated that her mount was able to lead the race comfortably. She further stated that after entering the Home Straight LUCKY PLANET failed to change its lead leg and came under pressure thereafter before giving ground. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. AURORA PATCH (K097): Sent for sampling post-race. THE ALL OUT (K291): Jumped awkwardly, made contact with the left side of the starting gate and then shifted out abruptly.
