ATULLIBIGEAL (G173): Bumped at the start. Sent for sampling post-race. JUMBO LEGEND (G266): From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. YELLOWFIN (G326): After the event A Atzeni stated that when FLASH CURRENT, which was racing in advance of him, made contact with the running rail near the 750 Metres his mount reacted to the contact and became unbalanced. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. CALL ME TOPSEED (K357): No report. POPE CODY (K313): From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. GREY CHARGER (K425): Raced keenly in the early stages and raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. WITHALLMYFAITH (K428): No report. FLASH CURRENT (J500): Near the 750 Metres made contact with the running rail. Held up making the Home Turn. Between the 400 Metres and the 300 Metres had difficulty obtaining clear running when positioned behind CALIFORNIA BAY. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. MAGNIFICENT NINE (H433): Near the 750 Metres was steadied to avoid YELLOWFIN. Between the 250 Metres and the 150 Metres had difficulty obtaining clear running. Near the 150 Metres was steadied when disappointed for clear running between MORGAN SUCCESS and ATULLIBIGEAL, both of which shifted ground. Prior to declaring weighed-in the Stewards considered if there were grounds for a protest/objection following MAGNIFICENT NINE being steadied when disappointed for clear running leaving the 150 Metres. When the Stewards were satisfied that there were not sufficient room for MAGNIFICENT NINE to improve between MORGAN SUCCESS and ATULLIBIGEAL, they declined to lodge a protest/objection. MORGAN SUCCESS (K203): Approaching the winning post shifted out abruptly, resulting in its rider L Hewitson having to correct his mount as he passed the winning post. Sent for sampling post-race. PRESTIGE RICKY (K009): Jumped awkwardly. Held up on the Home Turn. Between the 400 Metres and the 250 Metres had difficulty obtaining clear running. Near the 100 Metres was then steadied when crowded between CALL ME TOPSEED and FLASH CURRENT, both of which shifted ground. ILLUMINOUS (J170): Bumped at the start. CALIFORNIA BAY (K364): No report. FRANTANCK (H429): No report.
