THE GOLDEN SCENERY (E379): No report. MICKLEY (K082): From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. STEPS AHEAD (J263): No report. HONG LOK GOLF (J517): Sent for sampling post-race. SNOWFIELD (K251): Jumped only fairly. After the event M F Poon could offer no excuse for his mount’s disappointing performance. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race found that horse to be a "roarer” which had previously been reported. FLAMINGO TRILLION (H192): Near the 1300 Metres was steadied to avoid STEPS AHEAD (L Ferraris) which shifted in when not quite clear. L Ferraris was advised to ensure that he is sufficiently clear when shifting ground. FLAMINGO TRILLION then raced keenly for some distance thereafter. PRAY FOR MIR (J245): After the event A Atzeni stated that his mount jumped only fairly and as a result was unable to lead as instructed. Sent for sampling post-race. ENCOUNTERED (G236): Withdrawn by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice at 12:19 pm when it was found to have a skin condition in the stable. Before being allowed to race again, ENCOUNTERED will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
