SON PAK FU (G265): Passing the 200 Metres M Chadwick dropped his whip. AURORA LADY (J066): Jumped only fairly. Despite being ridden along in the early stages did not show sufficient pace to hold a more forward position. Leaving the 900 Metres shifted in and away from RED ELEGANCE and as a result was steadied to avoid BRAVE STAR. AURORA LADY then raced keenly for some distance thereafter and near the 550 Metres lay out and got its head up when being steadied away from BRAVE STAR. Near the 350 Metres became unbalanced when it lay in towards the running rail. RED ELEGANCE (H241): After the event H Bowman stated that his mount, which had not raced for 63 days, would derive benefit from tonight’s performance. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. BRAVE STAR (G268): No report. WONDER KIT (G455): From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. WHIZZ KID (E392): No report. GLORY ELITE (H311): Sent for sampling post-race. COLOURFUL KING (K227): Sent for sampling post-race.
