SKY SONG (J159): Shortly after the start was bumped by NOBLE DELUXE which shifted in. SOMETHING JONAH (K024): Jumped only fairly and then from a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. HE WAS YOU (J547): Sent for sampling post-race. SHINE BRIGHT (H385): Jumped only fairly and from a wide barrier was then shifted across behind runners in the early stages. After the event Z Purton stated that his mount did not respond to his riding in the Home Straight after settling back in the field. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. ORIENTAL SURPRISE (K028): Bumped at the start and became unbalanced. When caught wide in the early stages was then shifted across behind runners to obtain a position with cover near the 900 Metres. FORTUNE RACER (J234): A veterinary inspection immediately following the race found that horse to have sustained a laceration to the right hock. NOBLE DELUXE (K052): Shifted in shortly after the start and was bumped. Sent for sampling post-race. WISDOM STAR (J351): Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. HAPPY TANGO (D075): No report. SUPER ELITE (H247): Shifted out at the start, made contact with ORIENTAL SURPRISE and became unbalanced. From a wide barrier was then shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Near the 100 Metres was steadied when disappointed for clear running between HAPPY TANGO and SOMETHING JONAH which shifted out. As a result SUPER ELITE was not able to be ridden out to the finish of the event. FUNG (J101): A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. SONIC BOOM (H144): Sent for sampling post-race.
