HELENE FEELING (H215): Near the 50 Metres brushed with LO RIDER due to both runners shifting ground. Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. ENCOUNTERED (G236): After the event, J Orman reported that his mount did not appreciate the "Good to Firm” track conditions. MR ASCENDENCY (G227): After the event, D McDonogh expressed concern with his mount’s action when placed under pressure over the final 200 Metres. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. C P BRAVE (E306): After the event, B Avdulla could offer no explanation for his mount’s disappointing performance. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. WINNING DRAGON (E461): No report. UNBELIEVABLE (J130): A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. MONEY CATCHER (G171): Bumped on jumping. In the early stages raced keenly. For a short distance near the 200 Metres was held up for clear running behind WINNING DRAGON. CAMBRIDGE (K085): No report. MARKWIN (J420): From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Sent for sampling post-race. SKY HEART (J092): Shifted in at the start and was bumped. Sent for sampling post-race. BUNDLE AWARD (K020): Sent for sampling post-race. LO RIDER (K161): Jumped only fairly. Shortly after the start was steadied when crowded by MONEY CATCHER which shifted in and away from SKY HEART after being bumped by that runner. Throughout the early and middle stages raced keenly. Prior to declaring weighed-in the Stewards gave consideration if there were sufficient grounds for a protest/objection against HELENE FEELING due to both runners brushing near the 50 Metres. When the Stewards were satisfied that the minor contact was due to both runners shifting ground weighed-in was declared on the numbers semaphored by the Judge. SPEED DRAGON (H380): Withdrawn on 7.3.25 by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (left front ligament injury). Before being allowed to race again, SPEED DRAGON will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
