When being shifted across behind runners in the early stages was steadied near the 1500 Metres to avoid TAKE ACTION. STURDY RUBY (H207): Sent for sampling post-race. TAKE ACTION (J098): After the event, B Avdulla reported that when racing to the outside of THE AZURE in the early stages he was obliged to restrain his mount to race behind that runner when THE AZURE remained racing one-off the rail. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. THE AZURE (J227): Jumped only fairly and then raced tight between TAKE ACTION and HARMONY GALAXY. After the event, R Moore stated that after racing tight at the start his mount was obliged to settle further back in the field than what had been intended. Sent for sampling post-race.
