HEALTHY HEALTHY (H203): Bumped at the start. For a short distance near the 450 Metres raced tight between CARROLL STREET and MAGIC HOLLOW. Near the 250 Metres HEALTHY HEALTHY was taken in by CARROLL STREET. Over the concluding stages made contact with CARROLL STREET due to both runners shifting ground. CARROLL STREET (D489): Over the concluding stages made contact with HEALTHY HEALTHY due to both runners shifting ground. PLEASANT ENDEAVOR (E114): Knuckled over on jumping, shifted out and made contact with AURIO. A short distance later, PLEASANT ENDEAVOR was then crowded between AURIO and SKY CAP which was taken out by GRAND NOVA. TURF PHOENIX (J294): No report. AURIO (K056): Bumped at the start. HEROIC MASTER (G394): Over the final 200 Metres lay out under pressure. Sent for sampling post-race. MAGIC HALLOW (J329): Bumped at the start. O'LINER (H264): After the event, A Hamelin could offer no explanation for his mount’s disappointing performance. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. SKY CAP (K125): Taken out shortly after the start. PARTERRE (E234): No report. CHEVAL VALIANT (E336): When giving ground near the 100 Metres was bumped by CARROLL STREET (L Hewitson) which shifted out. L Hewitson was advised to exercise more care in similar circumstances. After the event, Apprentice P N Wong stated that her mount, which was having its first run in 84 days, raced keenly in the lead and as a result gave ground over the concluding stages. She said, in her opinion, CHEVAL VALIANT would derive benefit from today’s performance. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. Sent for sampling post-race. GRAND NOVA (J323): After the event, K Teetan reported that the instructions were to endeavour to find a position with cover. He said from the inside barrier he was unable to obtain cover and this was the principal reason for GRAND NOVA not running on in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. POSITIVE SMILE (J467): Jumped only fairly. SUPER FORTUNE (G065): Sent for sampling post-race.
