GALLANT VALOUR (H323): Shifted in shortly after the start and bumped NEW POWER. Approaching the 100 Metres lay in, resulting in its rider H Bowman having to stop riding and straighten his mount. Sent for sampling post-race. KING ECCELLENTE (G264): Bumped at the start. GOLDEN RISE (H242): Sent for sampling post-race. PATCH OF DIAMONDS (J450): Jumped only fairly and then was crowded by GOOD PROSPECT which shifted in. NEW POWER (H325): Knuckled over badly on jumping, resulting in Y L Chung becoming unbalanced. A short distance later was then bumped by GALLANT VALOUR which shifted in. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. GOOD PROSPECT (J406): Approaching the 250 Metres had difficulty obtaining clear running when positioned behind ROARING BEBE when that runner shifted out to improve. Near the 200 Metres was then shifted to the outside of KING ECCELLENTE to secure clear running. SEA SAPPHIRE (H343): Jumped awkwardly. In the early stages raced keenly when being shifted behind GALLANT VALOUR to obtain cover. After the event, A Atzeni stated that with the horse having its first start for Trainer D Eustace, he was instructed to ride SEA SAPPHIRE in a conservative manner in the early stages. He said in the Home Straight SEA SAPPHIRE finished the race off only fairly. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. ROARING BEBE (H105): Approaching the 250 Metres was shifted to the outside of VALHALLA to secure clear running and raced tight between VALHALLA and KING ECCELLENTE for a short distance after the 200 Metres. Sent for sampling post-race. ALMIGHTY KICK (J254): After the event, C Y Ho reported that from an inside barrier when his mount commenced well, it was able to hold a more forward position than it had at its previous race starts. SO TREASURE (H351): After the event, M Chadwick reported that after being shifted across behind runners from the outside barrier in the early stages, SO TREASURE did not travel well during the event and ran on only fairly in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. VALHALLA (E495): No report. PARTY WARRIOR (E368): Shifted in at the start and was bumped. From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
