HAPPY DAY (G119): Over the concluding stages could not be ridden out when positioned behind HAYDAY. HAYDAY (H321): No report. HAPPY SOUL (G249): Approaching the 150 Metres became held up for clear running behind HAYDAY and could not be ridden out until leaving the 100 Metres. GOLDEN RISE (H242): Raced wide and without cover from the 600 Metres. TRIUMPHANT MORE (J489): Crowded shortly after the start. Sent for sampling post-race. GLORY CLOUD (H320): When questioned regarding his riding, H Bowman stated that the instructions were to find an on-pace position with cover. He said after GLORY CLOUD commenced well, he settled outside the leader HAYDAY in the early stages, however, his mount raced keenly. He added when TRIUMPHANT MORE improved to his outside, he elected to allow that runner to cross rather than contesting that position as he felt this would be detrimental to the chances of GLORY CLOUD settling in the middle stages of the event. After considering his explanations, the Stewards found the tactics adopted by Jockey Bowman in the circumstances were reasonable. Sent for sampling post-race. LOVING VIBES (J359): From the 200 Metres until the 100 Metres was held up for clear running behind TRIUMPHANT MORE. LUCKY MAN (J315): Shortly after the start was checked when crowded between TRIUMPHANT MORE which was taken out by RAGNARR and GLORY B which raced tight to the inside of GOLDEN RISE which shifted in slightly. GLORY B (H373): After the 600 Metres was steadied to avoid RAGNARR. After the event, H Bentley reported that after being badly crowded and becoming unbalanced shortly after the start, his mount did not travel comfortably thereafter. He said when he was concerned with his mount’s action in the Home Straight, he did not continue to ride it out when not in a competitive position. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. The performance of GLORY B, which finished tailed out, was considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, GLORY B will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination. RAGNARR (H297): For some distance after the 600 Metres was steadied to avoid LOVING VIBES (C Y Ho) which shifted in when not clear. C Y Ho was reprimanded. TALENTS SUPREMO (H133): No report. PARTY WARRIOR (E368): After travelling a short distance became unbalanced when crowded between GLORY B and GOLDEN RISE.
