ENJOY GOLF (J222): After the event, H Bowman could offer no explanation for his mount’s disappointing performance. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. The performance of ENJOY GOLF was considered disappointing as compared to its previous race starts. Before being allowed to race again, ENJOY GOLF will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination. CAPITAL LEGEND (G333): From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Sent for sampling post-race. HARMONY GALAXY (J266): Near the 550 Metres was briefly crowded by ENJOY GOLF which lay in at that stage. After the event, M F Poon advised that from an inside barrier his instructions were to endeavour to hold a forward position. Trainer C S Shum confirmed the instructions issued. Sent for sampling post-race. PHANTOM CYCLONE (J271): From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Leaving the 600 Metres bumped with MASTER TORNADO as that runner commenced to give ground and shift in. SIXTH GENERATION (G120): No report. TURIN WARRIOR (G150): Over the concluding stages raced tight between NINJA DERBY and STRONGEST BOY. U S S CONSTITUTION (H357): Near the 600 Metres was bumped and taken wider by STERLING WONGCHOY. STRONGEST BOY (H027): No report. MASTER TORNADO (G410): After the event, A Badel stated that when he felt there was something amiss with his mount, he eased it down in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race revealed that the horse was displaying an irregular heart rhythm. Before being allowed to race again, MASTER TORNADO will be required to perform satisfactorily in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination. HIGHLAND RAHY (J298): No report. NINJA DERBY (H339): Raced wide and without cover until the 800 Metres where it was allowed to stride forward and race outside the lead. Sent for sampling post-race. STERLING WONGCHOY (H273): From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. At the 600 Metres shifted out when being steadied away from SIXTH GENERATION. Near the 350 Metres was steadied to avoid ENJOY GOLF when that runner commenced to give ground. SUPER BABY (G364): Withdrawn on 29.10.24 by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (lame right hind) and replaced by Standby Declared Starter HIGHLAND RAHY. Before being allowed to race again, SUPER BABY will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
