GANGNAM STAR (H326): From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Raced keenly in the middle stages. CHARMANDER (G437): Bumped on jumping. GALLANT CROWN (D359): No report. SUPREME WINNER (J255): Jumped awkwardly and made contact with the right side of its barrier. UNIVERSAL BLAZE (J160): After obtaining cover near the 1000 Metres commenced to race keenly for some distance thereafter and was steadied away from SUNNY SHINES. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race which included an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse’s trachea. Before being allowed to race again, UNIVERSAL BLAZE will be subjected to an official veterinary examination. GLUCK RACER (E157): Approaching the 1000 Metres, when racing keenly, was crowded by SO AWESOME when that runner shifted in, resulting in GLUCK RACER having to be steadied. Sent for sampling post-race. HOSS (H055): Near the 1000 Metres was steadied away from SO AWESOME. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. FAMILY FORTUNE (H447): Bumped heavily on jumping and then from a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Over the concluding stages could not be ridden out when positioned to the inside of GANGNAM STAR which shifted in. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. SO AWESOME (D258): In the early stages raced keenly and approaching the 1000 Metres got its head up when being checked away from MANYTHANKS FOREVER. Sent for sampling post-race. PODIUM (H173): On jumping shifted in, made heavy contact with FAMILY FORTUNE and became unbalanced. From the outside barrier was then shifted across behind runners in the early stages. DOUBLE SHOW (G250): For some distance after the 600 Metres raced tight between SUPREME WINNER and HOSS when improving into a narrow run between those two horses. MANYTHANKS FOREVER (J065): Sent for sampling post-race. TELECOM BULLET (J097): Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. SUNNY SHINES (H484): No report.
