THE GOLDEN SCENERY (E379): Raced tight shortly after the start. Whilst being ridden along shortly after failed to show sufficient pace to hold a more forward position. DROMBEG BANNER (H117): No report. ATULLIBIGEAL (G173): No report. CHIU CHOW SPIRIT (H175): Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. YOUNG CHAMPION (J195): From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Raced keenly in the middle stages and after the 900 Metres was steadied to avoid ATULLIBIGEAL after improving to the inside of that runner. BOTTOMUPTOGETHER (J316): A veterinary inspection immediately following the race which included an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse’s trachea. Before being allowed to race again, BOTTOMUPTOGETHER will be subjected to an official veterinary examination. Sent for sampling post-race. SUNLIGHT POWER (H244): No report. GREEN N WHITE (H186): Sent for sampling post-race. SUPERB BOY (G335): No report. SUPREME LUCKY (G457): No report. PACKING HERMOD (J277): Near the 150 Metres the whip of L Hewitson was accidentally knocked from his grasp by the whip of B Thompson, rider of SUPERB BOY. Sent for sampling post-race. RUBYLOT (H412): No report. HARMONY GREAT (K078): Jumped only fairly. In the middle stages lay in and away from SIX PACK and brushed the running rail near the 600 Metres. SIX PACK (K061): Shortly after the start raced tight between THE GOLDEN SCENERY and DROMBEG BANNER. Near the 850 Metres blundered when racing keenly. In the early part of the Home Straight lay in and raced greenly. Knuckled near the 200 Metres. When commencing to finish the race off well passing the 100 Metres was eased and shifted to the inside of SUPERB BOY in an attempt to obtain clear running, however, was unable to be ridden out to the finish of the event when disappointed for clear running between SUPERB BOY and RUBYLOT which shifted out.
