VOYAGE BUBBLE (E436): Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. Sent for sampling post-race. BEAUTY ETERNAL (H008): After the event, Z Purton stated that his mount was able to lead in the early stages without being pressured, but gave ground in the Home Straight and, in his opinion, would derive benefit from today’s first up performance. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. BEAUTY JOY (E058): For a short distance near the 300 Metres had difficulty obtaining clear running. GALAXY PATCH (H399): Jumped only fairly. Sent for sampling post-race. RED LION (H115): After the event, H Bowman stated that his mount travelled well throughout the race, initially responded to his riding in the early part of the Home Straight and, in his opinion, would derive benefit from today’s first up performance. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. STRAIGHT ARRON (G435): No report. CHANCHENG GLORY (H212): No report. LA CITY BLANCHE (G371): No report. THE GOLDEN SCENERY (E379): Leaving the 1400 Metres was eased to avoid BEAUTY ETERNAL which shifted in before being corrected by its rider Z Purton. Approaching the 200 Metres was steadied to avoid VOYAGE BUBBLE when STRAIGHT ARRON was taken out by BEAUTY JOY (M Chadwick) which shifted out. M Chadwick was advised to exercise more care. HAPPY TOGETHER (G446): Withdrawn on 12.10.24 by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (heart abnormality). Before being allowed to race again, HAPPY TOGETHER will be required to perform satisfactorily in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
