GORGEOUS WIN (J008): Sent for sampling post-race. KAHOLO ANGEL (H216): Jumped awkwardly and lost ground. Approaching the 200 Metres was shifted to the outside of AWESOME TREASURE to continue into clear running. Near the 100 Metres KAHOLO ANGEL was then disappointed for clear running to the inside of ALPHA ONE when that runner commenced to give ground and shift in slightly when its rider M Chadwick dropped his left rein. As a result, KAHOLO ANGEL was checked to avoid ALPHA ONE and could not be fully ridden out to the finish of the event. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. YOUNG SUPERSTAR (J400): Bumped at the start. Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. After the event, Y L Chung stated that his mount did not show the expected early speed and as a result settled further back in the field than intended. He added in the Home Straight YOUNG SUPERSTAR failed to respond to his riding and raced in a disappointing manner. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. ALPHA ONE (J435): Near the 100 Metres M Chadwick dropped his left rein for a short distance. GLORY ELITE (H311): Sent for sampling post-race. SILO (J399): No report. KING ECCELLENTE (G264): No report. POLARIS (J404): Near the 250 Metres was bumped and became slightly unbalanced. CAPTAIN WIN (E466): Near the 300 Metres was briefly held up behind GORGEOUS WIN and was then shifted to that runner’s outside to secure clear running and in doing so made contact with POLARIS. ELEGANT LIFE (J366): Jumped only fairly and then was bumped by YOUNG SUPERSTAR which shifted out. Approaching the 250 Metres was briefly held up behind KING ECCELLENTE before shifting to that runner’s inside to secure clear running. NOT USUAL STAR (G396): No report. PRINCE OF PORTY (H009): No report. ENDEARED (H161): Jumped only fairly and then was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. AWESOME TREASURE (E435): A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. MODULECONSTRUCTION (H127): Withdrawn on 7.9.24 by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (lame left fore) and replaced by Standby Declared Starter KING ECCELLENTE. Before being allowed to race again, MODULECONSTRUCTION will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
