FIND MY LOVE (H110): No report. KEMPES (J265): Bumped on jumping. For some distance approaching the 500 Metres was held up for clear running behind WAH MAY WAI WAI which was commencing to give ground. CHING (G380): Bumped on jumping. KARMA (G392): From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Sent for sampling post-race. YOUNG ACHIEVER (J291): Jumped awkwardly and then was checked shortly after the start when crowded between PRAY FOR MIR which was taken out by POWERFUL WINGS and BEAUTY LIVE (Y L Chung) which shifted in. Y L Chung was reprimanded and advised to make a greater effort to prevent his mounts from shifting ground. Approaching the 100 Metres was eased when PRAY FOR MIR was taken out towards that runner. SIMPLE HEDGE (H237): Slow to begin. Approaching the 100 Metres shifted out and made contact with PRAY FOR MIR. BEAUTY LIVE (G057): No report. ORIENTAL SMOKE (E467): Sent for sampling post-race. PRAY FOR MIR (J245): Crowded shortly after the start. Approaching the 100 Metres SIMPLE HEDGE was shifted to the outside of ORIENTAL SMOKE to obtain clear running and as a result made contact with PRAY FOR MIR. WAH MAY WAI WAI (J193): Bumped on jumping. Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. After the race, M F Poon reported that from a wide barrier he was instructed to take up a forward position. Trainer A S Cruz confirmed the instructions issued. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. The performance of WAH MAY WAI WAI, which finished tailed out, was considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, WAH MAY WAI WAI will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination. AEROINVINCIBLE (J180): Near the 900 Metres commenced to race keenly and was steadied away from PRAY FOR MIR. After the race, A Atzeni reported that his mount raced keenly throughout the event, did not respond to his riding in the Home Straight and, in his opinion, was not comfortable on the "Soft” track conditions. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. The performance of AEROINVINCIBLE was considered to be disappointing as compared to its previous race starts. Before being allowed to race again, AEROINVINCIBLE will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination. Sent for sampling post-race. POWERFUL WINGS (G225): After the race, A Hamelin reported that his mount hung in throughout the event and failed to respond to his riding in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. Noted to have lost its left hind plate after the race. SILVER UP (J078): From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. After the race, K Teetan reported that his mount was not comfortable on the "Soft” track conditions. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
