SHINING TREASURES was very difficult to load. Before being allowed to race again, SHINING TREASURES will be required to perform satisfactorily in a stalls test. From a wide barrier, JOLLY FINE was taken across behind runners shortly after the start. Approaching the 900 Metres, KYARA was momentarily crowded for room inside EXCEPTIONAL ART which was taken in by D DAY SUPER which shifted in when proving difficult to settle. Near the 650 Metres, JOLLY FINE became unbalanced when awkwardly placed close to the heels of SPECTACULAR AWARD. In the early part of the Straight, KYARA had difficulty obtaining clear running. Throughout the race, ADORATION and ROCKET PROUD travelled wide and without cover. After the race, the Veterinary Officer reported that WINSOME had lost its left front plate. A veterinary inspection of LUCKY FOLLOW ME after the race revealed that the horse was displaying an irregular heart rhythm. Before being permitted to race again, LUCKY FOLLOW ME will be required to perform satisfactorily in an official barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination. LUCKY FOLLOW ME, GIFT IS GIFT and ADORATION were sent for sampling.
