MR MARFACH was slow to begin. In the middle stages, MILITARY MOVE proved difficult to settle. At the 400 Metres, JAMESINA was momentarily held up for clear running. O Doleuze (SAPELLI) was severely reprimanded for permitting his mount to shift in over the final 50 Metres, resulting in SEMOS being taken in onto MILITARY MOVE which was crowded for room between that horse and VICTOR DELIGHT. Because of this, MILITARY MOVE was not ridden out to the end of the race as it normally would be. SEMOS, SAPELLI and VICTOR DELIGHT were sent for sampling.
