LAMBRO and LUNAR REFLECTIONS bumped at the start. Near the 900 Metres, LUNAR REFLECTIONS was checked and MOCHA COFFEE crowded for room inside SEA PRINCE (D Dunn) which shifted in. In the circumstances, D Dunn was reprimanded and advised to exercise more care in future. Making the first turn, CHINA GOOD was steadied away from the heels of MANDARIN (D Whyte) which shifted in when not quite clear. D Whyte was reprimanded and advise to ensure he is sufficiently clear when shifting ground in future. Approaching and passing the 200 Metres, MASTER KEY improved into a tight run between EASY WINNER and LAMBRO. Near the 150 Metres, EASY WINNER, which was commencing to give ground, was steadied when crowded for room between LUNAR REFLECTIONS and MASTER KEY which was taken out slightly by LAMBRO. Throughout the race, EASY WINNER travelled wide and without cover. MANDARIN and SUNRISE were sent for sampling.
