WINNING FEELING shifted in at the start and bumped NO REGRETS AT ALL. FANTASY shifted in at the start and bumped WONDER WIN which became unbalanced. After being shifted across in the early stages and obtaining cover behind TREASURE CHEST, GOOD SHOT travelled satisfactorily, however, came under pressure rounding the Home Turn and in the early part of the Straight and then did not finish off the race. After the race, Z Purton was not able to offer any explanation for the very disappointing performance of GOOD SHOT. A veterinary inspection of GOOD SHOT immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. When being steadied to obtain cover passing the 1100 Metres, BULB ELITE was momentarily awkwardly placed outside the heels of INCANTO PREPARED. Near the 950 Metres, WONDER WIN, which was laying out, was momentarily awkwardly placed inside the heels of INCANTO PREPARED. Then making the turn after the 900 Metres, WONDER WIN got its head on the side and lay out across the heels of INCANTO PREPARED and was consequently checked. SPARKLING STAR and BULB ELITE, which were following, were inconvenienced in consequence. Approaching the 500 Metres, WONDER WIN got its head on the side, shifted out and bumped BULB ELITE. Approaching the 400 Metres, WINNING FEELING lay in when awkwardly placed close to the heels of NICE FANDANGO and brushed the running rail. Passing the 300 Metres, TREASURE CHEST was brushed by INCANTO PREPARED which shifted out after being bumped by NO REGRETS AT ALL. TREASURE CHEST then shifted out and inconvenienced GOOD SHOT. BEST FOR YOU had some difficulty obtaining clear running passing the 200 Metres. Also passing the 200 Metres, WINNING FEELING was shifted out away from the heels of NICE FANDANGO to obtain clear running. Throughout the race, TREASURE CHEST travelled wide and without cover. A veterinary inspection of BULB ELITE immediately following the race did not show any significant findings, however, the horse was unable to be scoped due to being fractious. FANTASY and POWER KING were sent for sampling.

23/11/2019  Class 5  Shatin  Turf  C  1400m   Going: GOOD TO FIRM  (2.71)   Rating: 040-000

On arrival at the Start, H T Mo expressed concern regarding the action of SUPERB AGILITY. SUPERB AGILITY was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said in his opinion it was lame in its left hind leg and accordingly was not suitable to race. Acting on this advice, SUPERB AGILITY was withdrawn by the order of the Stewards. Before being allowed to race again, SUPERB AGILITY will be subjected to an official veterinary examination. WINWIN THIRTYTHREE was slow to begin. SOCCER MASTER lifted its front feet off the ground as the start was effected, began very awkwardly, shifted out and bumped the hindquarters of VICTORIOUS LEADER which became unbalanced. From the outside barriers, LUCKY STORM and GODSPEED were shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Near the 1050 Metres, SOCCER MASTER, which was travelling keenly, was shifted in away from the heels of MAJESTIC ENDEAVOUR and in doing so caused CHEEKY BEE to race tight between SOCCER MASTER and NEVER BETTER. WINWIN THIRTYTHREE was held up for clear running rounding the Home Turn and in the early part of the Straight. NEVER BETTER was held up for clear running in the early part of the Straight. In the early part of the Straight, GENERAL TRUMP (B Shinn) was awkwardly placed close to the heels of VICTORIOUS LEADER when held up for clear running behind that horse. B Shinn stated that after shifting GENERAL TRUMP into clear running to the inside of VICTORIOUS LEADER passing the 400 Metres, he placed his mount under pressure, however, the horse put in an awkward stride approaching the 200 Metres and did not feel comfortable in its action. He said after being hampered inside VICTORIOUS LEADER passing the 150 Metres, he shifted GENERAL TRUMP to the outside of that horse and GENERAL TRUMP then finished off the race satisfactorily and appeared free in its action after the race. A veterinary inspection of GENERAL TRUMP immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. Before being allowed to race again, GENERAL TRUMP will be subjected to an official veterinary examination. Passing the 400 Metres, GODSPEED was shifted out a number of horses to obtain clear running. When attempting a tight run between FOX CHEUNGER and WINWIN THIRTYTHREE, CHEEKY BEE raced in restricted room between those horses near the 350 Metres and then approaching the 300 Metres got its head on the side and lay in towards the heels of FOX CHEUNGER, resulting in CHEEKY BEE being awkwardly placed close to the heels of that horse until passing the 300 Metres. Passing the 300 Metres, MAJESTIC ENDEAVOUR raced in restricted room between WINWIN THIRTYTHREE and SOCCER MASTER. Then passing the 200 Metres, MAJESTIC ENDEAVOUR was momentarily eased away from the heels of SOCCER MASTER which shifted in under pressure. Approaching the 200 Metres, NEVER BETTER raced tight inside the heels of GENERAL TRUMP which shifted in marginally. C Y Ho (WINWIN THIRTYTHREE) pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding [Rule 100(1)] in that passing the 150 Metres he permitted his mount to shift in, resulting in VICTORIOUS LEADER being taken in and GENERAL TRUMP being hampered and further, he continued to allow WINWIN THIRTYTHREE to shift in under pressure, resulting in VICTORIOUS LEADER being hampered to his inside and being steadied away from the heels of WINWIN THIRTYTHREE near the 100 Metres. When imposing penalty, the Stewards decided to defer the commencement of the period of suspension to commence on Wednesday, 18 December 2019 and to expire on Sunday, 22 December 2019 on which day he may resume race riding (2 Hong Kong racedays). In addition, Jockey Ho was fined $30,000. In reaching this decision, the Stewards were mindful that it was not available for Jockey Ho to include the racemeeting to be held at Sha Tin on Sunday, 1 December 2019 in any period of suspension due to the Club’s requirement for him to ride at this racemeeting because of the number of jockeys available to ride at that racemeeting. The Stewards had previously made a similar ruling in these circumstances. Throughout the race, FOX CHEUNGER travelled wide and without cover. MR MAGELLAN, ADONIS and WINWIN THIRTYTHREE were sent for sampling.

WAR OF COURAGE and STRATHALLAN bumped at the start. SPARKLING DOLPHIN shifted out at the start and bumped the hindquarters of LUCKY MORE which became unbalanced. KA FORTUNE began very awkwardly and lost ground. HERE COMES TED lifted its front feet off the ground as the start was effected and began only fairly. Approaching the 700 Metres, AURORA STEED was momentarily steadied as LUCKY MORE shifted out to its inside. Near the 600 Metres, TRUST ME was shifted out away from the heels of AURORA STEED which shifted to the inside of LUCKY MORE. HERE COMES TED, which was following TRUST ME, was momentarily awkwardly placed close to the heels of that horse and then passing the 600 Metres raced in restricted room between TRUST ME and MOON PEAKS which shifted out before being directed in abruptly to relieve the crowding to HERE COMES TED. Passing the 500 Metres, STRATHALLAN was bumped by WAR OF COURAGE (C Schofield) which shifted to the inside of SPARKLING DOLPHIN. C Schofield was advised to exercise more care when shifting ground, particularly on horses which do not have race experience. MOON PEAKS was momentarily held up for clear running approaching the 400 Metres. AIOLOS had some difficulty obtaining clear running passing the 400 Metres. Passing the 300 Metres, N Callan (HERE COMES TED) dropped his whip. JAZZ STEED raced tight outside VALIANT DREAM approaching the 200 Metres as that horse lay out under pressure. When questioned regarding the performance of VALIANT DREAM, B Shinn stated that he had ridden the horse in some of its work and in a barrier trial in the lead up to today’s race and that work had been good. He said VALIANT DREAM did not travel comfortably at any stage of the race and did not show as much early speed as anticipated and this resulted in him having to ride his mount along for some distance in the early stages to obtain a forward position. He said VALIANT DREAM was always under pressure to hold its position and then in the middle and latter stages lay out. He added, in his opinion, VALIANT DREAM was very disappointing in today’s race and he was not able to offer any explanation for the poor run. A veterinary inspection of VALIANT DREAM immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. LUCKY MORE and TRUST ME were sent for sampling.

23/11/2019  Class 4  Shatin  Turf  C  1600m   Going: GOOD TO FIRM  (2.71)   Rating: 060-040

STARSHIP, Standby Declared Starter, was withdrawn on 22.11.19 by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (lame right fore). Before being allowed to race again, STARSHIP will be subjected to an official veterinary examination. The tongue tie applied to JOY MASTER was refitted in the Parade Ring. CHIU CHOW KID began only fairly. SPIRIT PATCH was crowded for room on jumping between VILLA FIONN and SUNNY POWER which shifted out. After this, VILLA FIONN was shifted across behind runners from a wide barrier. LONDON HALL was also steadied in the early stages to obtain cover. From a wide barrier, HAPPY WIN WIN was shifted across behind runners to obtain cover. Passing the 1200 Metres, WINNING ENDEAVOUR got its head up and became unbalanced after momentarily racing tight outside JOY MASTER. Near the 1150 Metres, SAVVY SEVEN commenced to travel very keenly and got its head up when awkwardly placed behind TELECOM ROCKET. Approaching the 1000 Metres, TELECOM ROCKET got its head up and travelled keenly when being steadied to allow LITTLE GENERAL to cross. Making the turn near the 900 Metres, SAVVY SEVEN shifted out away from the heels of TELECOM ROCKET and bumped WINNING ENDEAVOUR. After this, WINNING ENDEAVOUR was left racing wide and without cover. Approaching the 700 Metres, JOY MASTER, which was racing wide, was taken wider by AMAZING SATCHMO which shifted to the outside of SAVVY SEVEN. JOY MASTER then travelled wide and without cover. In the early part of the Straight, JOY MASTER (Apprentice K H Chan) shifted out under pressure and passing the 150 Metres bumped VILLA FIONN. Apprentice Chan was advised to exercise more care when riding out his mounts. Passing the 400 Metres, LITTLE GENERAL and TELECOM ROCKET brushed. Also passing the 400 Metres, SAVVY SEVEN received contact from SUNNY POWER which shifted out. Approaching the 300 Metres, HAPPY WIN WIN was shifted in away from the heels of SPIRIT PATCH to obtain clear running. HAPPY WIN WIN was then held up for clear running approaching the 200 Metres. Near the 150 Metres, SPIRIT PATCH shifted in and was awkwardly placed outside the heels of NEW ELEGANCE. SPIRIT PATCH was then checked when crowded for room between NEW ELEGANCE and LITTLE GENERAL which was taken in by SUNNY POWER which, after improving into tight running inside TELECOM ROCKET (C Schofield), was taken in marginally by that horse. C Schofield was advised that whilst there were some circumstances to this incident, nonetheless he must ensure that he makes every endeavour to keep his mounts on a straight course in similar circumstances. The performance of HAPPY FOREST, which finished tailed out, was considered unacceptable. As this was the second occasion that HAPPY FOREST had finished tailed out in its races, it will be required to undergo a series of consecutive satisfactory barrier trials and be subjected to an official veterinary examination before being allowed to race again. A veterinary inspection of HAPPY FOREST immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. When questioned, G van Niekerk (LITTLE GENERAL) stated that as it was anticipated that there was a lack of pace in the race, he was instructed to make use of his inside barrier and obtain a forward position with the option of leading the race. He said in accordance with his instructions he rode LITTLE GENERAL along for a considerable distance in the early stages to clear SAVVY SEVEN to his inside. He said, despite being hard ridden, LITTLE GENERAL did not show any early speed and after the 1500 Metres he attempted to obtain a trailing position behind SAVVY SEVEN. He said when he did this AMAZING SATCHMO was ridden along to improve its position behind SAVVY SEVEN and for this reason he was not able to obtain cover behind that horse. He said near the 1300 Metres LITTLE GENERAL was left racing wide and without cover and therefore he had to again ride his mount along to improve his position rather than racing unnecessarily wide. He added he was required to ride his mount along for some distance to obtain a prominent position and it was not until near the 900 Metres that he was able to shift in to cross into a one-off position in advance of TELECOM ROCKET. A veterinary inspection of SAVVY SEVEN immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. LITTLE GENERAL, VILLA FIONN and JOY MASTER were sent for sampling.

CHAMP PATROL was crowded for room on jumping between STAR LUCK and FANTASTIC FABIO which shifted out. MEGA RED and STAR LUCK bumped on jumping. After travelling a short distance, BEST ALLIANCE raced in restricted room between MOMENTUM GALAXY and MR WEALTH which was taken out by STAR MAJESTIC. From a wide barrier, TEAM FORTUNE was steadied in the early stages to obtain cover. Passing the 800 Metres, BEST ALLIANCE was awkwardly placed outside the heels of MOMENTUM GALAXY. Near the 750 Metres, FANTASTIC FEELING was left racing wide and without cover. Passing the 600 Metres, BEST ALLIANCE shifted out away from the heels of MOMENTUM GALAXY and was awkwardly placed inside the hindquarters of ELITE PATCH. When questioned regarding the disappointing performance of STAR LUCK, C Schofield stated that he noted it had barrier trialed very well in the lead up to today’s race and he anticipated that the horse, which had been successful on the All Weather surface, would perform well today. He said, from barrier 3, he was able to take up a forward position behind the speed and STAR LUCK initially travelled satisfactorily. He said however after the 700 Metres he had to niggle at STAR LUCK to maintain its position to the inside of MR WEALTH and then at the 600 Metres had to ride his mount along as STAR LUCK was reluctant to maintain its position. He added STAR LUCK came under heavy pressure rounding the Home Turn and, despite being ridden out in the Straight, did not finish off the race and was very disappointing. A veterinary inspection of STAR LUCK immediately following the race did not show any significant findings, however, the horse was unable to be scoped due to being fractious. The performance of STAR LUCK, which finished towards the rear of the field, was considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, STAR LUCK will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination. A veterinary inspection of CHAMP PATROL and MOMENTUM GALAXY immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. ELITE PATCH and FANTASTIC FEELING were sent for sampling.

M F Poon (COPARTNER RAPPORT) was fined $2,000 for presenting himself to be weighed out with the incorrect saddle cloth number. NITRO EXPRESS, which bumped a rail on the way to the Start, was examined by the Veterinary Officer on arrival at the barriers and passed suitable to race. JOYFUL HEART began awkwardly. VEGA RHYTHM shifted out abruptly at the start, resulting in CIRCUIT HASSLER (L Hewitson) and GOLDEN FOUR being crowded for room inside DESTIN which became unbalanced when bumped by GOLDEN FOUR and shifting out towards the heels of LOOK ERAS. After the race, L Hewitson reported that after being crowded for room on jumping, CIRCUIT HASSLER did not show as much early speed as anticipated and he had to ride his horse along for a considerable distance in an attempt to obtain a forward position. He said, despite riding CIRCUIT HASSLER along, the horse was reluctant to improve its position and travelled wide and without cover throughout the race further back in the field than had been anticipated and consequently did not finish off the race. From wide barriers, GOLDEN FOUR, DESTIN, COPARTNER RAPPORT and FUN TIMES were all shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Passing the 600 Metres, DESTIN raced in restricted room between NITRO EXPRESS and JOYFUL HEART. Approaching the 500 Metres, JOYFUL HEART lay in towards the heels of SUPER ALLIANCES which was improving around the heels of CIRCUIT HASSLER, resulting in DESTIN momentarily racing tight outside NITRO EXPRESS. DESTIN and JOYFUL HEART then made contact rounding the Home Turn as DESTIN attempted to improve to the outside of SUPER ALLIANCES and to the inside of JOYFUL HEART. DESTIN was then held up for clear running behind SUPER ALLIANCES, shifted out and bumped JOYFUL HEART approaching the 300 Metres when attempting to improve between SUPER ALLIANCES and JOYFUL HEART. DESTIN was steadied passing the 300 Metres when unable to proceed between SUPER ALLIANCES and JOYFUL HEART, both of which shifted a minimal amount of ground. DESTIN remained held up for clear running until near the 200 Metres. Near the 550 Metres, LOOK ERAS became unbalanced after being bumped by SPRINT FORWARD (A Sanna) which improved into tight running to the outside of SIMPLE ELEGANT. A Sanna was advised to exercise due care in similar circumstances. The performance of LOOK ERAS, which finished tailed out, was considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, LOOK ERAS will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination. After the race, C Y Ho reported that ABSOLUCOOL did not travel comfortably at any stage of the race and he had to continually niggle at the horse to maintain its position. He said in the Straight ABSOLUCOOL did not finish off the race. A veterinary inspection of ABSOLUCOOL immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. A veterinary inspection of SUPER ALLIANCES immediately following the race did not show any significant findings, however, the horse was unable to be scoped due to being fractious. SIMPLE ELEGANT and GOLDEN FOUR were sent for sampling.

On arrival at the Start, it was noted that TIME TO CELEBRATE had lost its right front plate. After this plate was refitted, TIME TO CELEBRATE was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said in his opinion it was suitable to race. NOTHINGILIKEMORE shifted out at the start and bumped GOOD STANDING. GREEN LUCK shifted out on jumping and bumped ENCOURAGING. From wide barriers, HARMONY VICTORY, DOCTOR GEOFF, TIME TO CELEBRATE and RED WARRIOR were all shifted across behind runners in the early stages. FAST MOST FURIOUS was also steadied in the early stages to obtain cover. Near the 1200 Metres, GOOD STANDING was momentarily awkwardly placed close to the heels of ENCOURAGING when that horse was crossing, resulting in GOOD STANDING shifting out marginally and inconveniencing GRACEANDMERCY which was then steadied to obtain cover behind GOOD STANDING. Near the 650 Metres, CHAMPION’S WAY raced tight outside NOTHINGILIKEMORE which shifted out. Approaching the 200 Metres, TIME TO CELEBRATE was taken out by INSAYSHABLE which resulted in TIME TO CELEBRATE racing tight inside HARMONY VICTORY. Due to TIME TO CELEBRATE making slight contact with the hindquarters of HARMONY VICTORY, that horse got its head on the side and lay in, resulting in TIME TO CELEBRATE being steadied when crowded for room between HARMONY VICTORY and INSAYSHABLE which was racing tight outside EXTRA BRUT as that horse commenced to improve to the outside of CHAMPION’S WAY. Then near the 150 Metres, INSAYSHABLE was steadied due to EXTRA BRUT and HARMONY VICTORY shifting ground. As the Stewards were satisfied that this incident was not as a result of any rider carelessness, no further action was taken. Passing the 100 Metres, EXTRA BRUT raced tight inside HARMONY VICTORY which continued to lay in under pressure. After the race, N Callan stated that his saddle again shifted back on GOOD STANDING in the early stages, however, it did not place him at any disadvantage. He said after shifting GOOD STANDING to the outside of ENCOURAGING at the entrance to the Straight, GOOD STANDING did not quicken as expected and then was disappointing in the manner in which it gave ground over the final 200 Metres. He added, in his opinion, carrying a big weight in a fast run race today may have been the reason for the horse’s disappointing performance. A veterinary inspection of GOOD STANDING and GRACEANDMERCY immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. FAST MOST FURIOUS and HARMONY VICTORY were sent for sampling.

MOST BEAUTIFUL began only fairly. SO GLORIOUS became badly unbalanced when crowded for room on jumping between JUST NOT LISTENING which shifted in marginally and UNITE SPIRIT which was taken out by HAPPY VICTORY which began awkwardly and shifted out despite the efforts of its rider. From wide barriers, SMART CHARADE and HOLY HEART were shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Making the first turn after the 700 Metres, MOST BEAUTIFUL got its head on the side and lay out. Near the 500 Metres, UNITE SPIRIT was steadied when crowded for room between MOST BEAUTIFUL and HAPPY VICTORY (H T Mo) which got its head on the side and lay out. H T Mo was severely reprimanded and advised to ensure that in similar circumstances he makes every effort to prevent his mounts from shifting ground and causing crowding to other runners. At the entrance to the Straight, UNITE SPIRIT was shifted away from the heels of HAPPY VICTORY after being awkwardly placed behind that horse. Approaching the 200 Metres, UTOPIA LIFE shifted out under pressure and brushed the hindquarters of AQUILA. Close to the finishing line, M L Yeung (MEGA HEART) dropped his right rein. After the race, Z Purton stated that, in his opinion, JUST NOT LISTENING prefers to obtain either a soft or outright lead. He said after being challenged in the lead by UTOPIA LIFE, JUST NOT LISTENING was then not able to finish off the race. A veterinary inspection of JUST NOT LISTENING immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. UTOPIA LIFE, AQUILA and MEGA HEART were sent for sampling.

As the start was effected, FENRIR became very fractious, resulting in its rider, R Bayliss, momentarily placing his hand on the right barrier stall partition which resulted in FENRIR beginning very awkwardly and losing ground. Before being allowed to race again, FENRIR will be required to perform satisfactorily in a barrier trial. RIGHTEOUS DOCTRINE was slow to begin. PRECIOUSSHIP shifted in at the start and bumped GO BALLISTIC. WIN WIN shifted out at the start and bumped ENZEMBLE which in turn shifted out and bumped SMART PATCH, causing that horse to shift out and resulting in GO BALLISTIC being steadied away from the heels of SMART PATCH. From a wide barrier, FLYING QUEST was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Approaching the 1100 Metres, PACKING WARRIOR was awkwardly placed close to the heels of WIN WIN. When the tempo of the race steadied passing the 800 Metres, LOOKING GOOD was awkwardly placed behind ENZEMBLE. GUY DRAGON (C Schofield), which was following LOOKING GOOD, shifted out away from the heels of that horse, causing RIGHTEOUS DOCTRINE to be severely checked when crowded for room inside BAND OF BROTHERS. WIN WIN and GO BALLISTIC, which were following, were hampered in consequence. C Schofield was advised that whilst the Stewards accepted that GUY DRAGON had been awkwardly placed behind LOOKING GOOD at the relevant time, he was given the benefit of the doubt as to whether he could have made a greater effort to remain racing behind LOOKING GOOD rather than shifting to that horse’s outside. He was told that in similar circumstances he must demonstrate that he is making every effort to prevent his mounts from shifting ground so as to ensure that he does not put any difficulties being experienced by him onto other horses or riders. Near the 650 Metres, BAND OF BROTHERS and SMART PATCH bumped. At the 450 Metres, SICHUAN DAR momentarily raced in restricted room inside ENZEMBLE when improving into tight running inside that horse which came under pressure. At the entrance to the Straight, GO BALLISTIC was awkwardly placed close to the heels of LOOKING GOOD. GO BALLISTIC was then shifted to the outside of LOOKING GOOD passing the 400 Metres. FLYING QUEST had difficulty obtaining clear running in the early part of the Straight and after the 400 Metres was shifted out a number of horses to obtain clear running and then passing the 150 Metres was shifted in away from the heels of WIN WIN to continue improving. Throughout the race, BAND OF BROTHERS and SMART PATCH travelled wide and without cover. After the race, M L Yeung stated that WIN WIN tired noticeably over the concluding stages and passing the winning post felt "weak”. He said there did not appear to be anything wrong with WIN WIN’s action, but because of the manner in which the horse gave ground, he dismounted WIN WIN shortly after passing the winning post to ensure its welfare. A veterinary inspection of WIN WIN immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. Before being allowed to race again, WIN WIN will be subjected to an official veterinary examination. A veterinary inspection of CHARITY GO immediately following the race found that horse to have sustained a small cut to the left hind cannon. A veterinary inspection of GUY DRAGON and LOOKING GOOD immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. PACKING WARRIOR, PRECIOUSSHIP and BAND OF BROTHERS were sent for sampling.

RACING FIGHTER stood flat-footed as the start was effected and lost a considerable amount of ground. Before being allowed to race again, RACING FIGHTER will be required to perform satisfactorily in a barrier trial. Just prior to the start being effected, LOBO’S LEGEND became fractious and then as the start was effected turned its head to the right and then on jumping reared abruptly and hit its head on the overhead partition, causing the horse to lose a significant amount of ground. As the Stewards were satisfied that the difficulties experienced by LOBO’S LEGEND at the start were of its own making and the starting gate attendant, who was attending to LOBO’S LEGEND, was merely assisting the horse, they ruled that LOBO’S LEGEND must barrier trial satisfactorily before being permitted to race again. A veterinary inspection of LOBO’S LEGEND immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. DRAGON GENERAL shifted in at the start and bumped HAPPY FUN which was crowded for room and lost ground. After this, HAPPY FUN was ridden along for some distance to obtain a forward position and raced wide and without cover outside the lead. From wide barriers, DRAGON GENERAL and YOO YOO KING were shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Making the turn after the 900 Metres, MAGIC LEGEND got its head on the side and lay out and then hung out making the Home Turn. MAGIC LEGEND continued to lay out under pressure in the Straight. At the 400 Metres, RACING FIGHTER was shifted to the inside of KING OF HEARTS to obtain clear running. Passing the 100 Metres, M F Poon (RACING FIGHTER) dropped his whip. GOLDEN SIXTY and LUCKY HERO were sent for sampling.
