LUCKY FUN (E013): After the race, K Teetan reported that his mount changed stride after entering the Home Straight and bumped with CALL ME TEDDY. He added that LUCKY FUN failed to finish the race off after this point. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race which included an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse’s trachea. Before being allowed to race again, LUCKY FUN will be subjected to an official veterinary examination. MASTER OF ALL (H177): No report. STRIVE FOR GLORY (D186): Jumped awkwardly, shifted out and made contact with SUPER JOY. Sent for sampling post-race. AUGUST MOON (D409): Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. CHARMING STEED (E494): Despite being ridden along in the early stages failed to show sufficient pace to hold a more forward position. NOBLE ONE (G278): Jumped awkwardly and became unbalanced. MIRACLES (G083): Jumped only fairly and was obliged to be ridden along in the early stages to hold a forward position. Near the 250 Metres was shifted to the inside of HAPPY TANGO to obtain a narrow run to that runner’s inside. HAPPY TANGO (D075): No report. ALL IS READY (G042): Jumped awkwardly. Sent for sampling post-race. CALL ME TEDDY (G233): Near the 250 Metres was momentarily crowded between LUCKY FUN and SUPER JOY (M Chadwick) which shifted out. M Chadwick was advised to exercise more care. SUPER JOY (G251): Bumped at the start. Sent for sampling post-race. CIRCUIT SPLENDOR (E482): No report.
