Five weeks ago, this horse ran a respectable race over a Happy Valley sprint, jumping slowly and settling towards the rear before showing a strong late run. Another trial at Happy Valley over 1200m sees him carrying an additional three pounds this time. His sectional times were not impressive in that heat, and he has drawn a poor barrier which is disadvantageous. Despite having previously won three races over this distance, his current form appears to be concerning and he isn't considered a strong contender for this race.
