Two weeks ago, this horse ran a respectable race over Sha Tin 2000m, settling in a good position tracking the leaders and making a move in the middle stages, maintaining a strong finish but ultimately beaten three lengths for sixth place. The horse has since lost twenty pounds in body weight and is now stepping down to Happy Valley over 1800m. While drawing a favorable barrier, the distance isn't ideal, and overall positioning isn’t advantageous. Despite good synergy between jockey and trainer, this run is viewed as another trial run.
