Three weeks ago, in a race over the same distance, this horse performed poorly, settling in a good position tracking the leaders with a steady pace but lacking any impressive sections. This time it needs to carry one pound more and is instructed to run from behind, however, its finishing kick isn't as strong as its rivals. The current form isn’t ideal and there seems to be a lack of synergy between the trainer and jockey. Despite reasonable overall times within the stable, drawing an inside barrier, Matthew Poon takes the ride; he understands pace control and is showing positive intent, though chances are limited.
