Three weeks ago, this horse ran a moderate race over Sha Tin 1200m, jumping slowly and settling towards the back. It made a move in the middle stages but couldn’t sustain it to the finish, finishing fourth, beaten three lengths. In a subsequent trial over Sha Tin 1400m, it will carry two pounds more this time, with good sectionals suggesting a hold-up tactic and strong finishing kick within the group. Despite drawing an outside barrier which isn't ideal, it’s still worth considering.
