On March 10th, in a 1600m turf trial at Conghua, it ran second early on but responded only moderately to urging in the final section. Another trial on February 10th (1600m turf, Conghua) saw light riding and an initial phase of development. On January 28th, a dirt trial over 1200m showed an awkward break and stiff movement. Finally, on March 1st, a Happy Valley turf trial over 1200m featured a moderate start with the jockey urging throughout, resulting in an unfluent performance. This horse is a PP from New Zealand, with MA288 predicting a rating of 76. Having trialed five times this season without showing sufficient progress, these trials are being viewed as assessment runs only.
