On March 14th, a Happy Valley turf trial over 1700m saw the horse maintain a steady pace in the straight, showing moderate effort. On February 28th, during a Conghua grass trial over 1200m, it jumped slowly but performed adequately under pressure. Another Conghua grass trial over 1200m on February 14th saw it track the leaders and finish with an unremarkable performance under testing conditions. A further Conghua grass trial over 1000m on January 20th showed a slightly slow start, responding lightly to prompting with minimal improvement. On January 6th, another 1000m trial in Conghua revealed a lack of stamina and a drop in form below expectations. This is an Irish PP (Previously Raced Horse) with a MA288 predicted rating of 65 points. It has two overseas runs without finishing lower than second place, securing one win; it prefers to lead and improves with pace. Having trialled five times this season without impressive results, the horse itself isn’t poor, but may lack sufficient conditioning. This is its Hong Kong debut, so observing its first run is advised before considering further participation.
