Seven weeks ago, in a Happy Valley sprint race, the performance was poor; a slow start saw it settle towards the back, maintaining a steady pace without any notable acceleration, ultimately finishing well-beaten. A subsequent barrier trial showed some improvement. Making its Sha Tin debut over 1200m this time with a 10lb weight reduction, despite the distance being unfavorable and an overall difficult situation, the inside draw offers some hope; proceed with caution.
