On March 25th, a turf trial over 1000m showed promising progress (sections: 9-9-7), quickening from the 600m mark and responding well to urging in the final two furlongs. On February 28th at Conghua, another turf trial over 1000m saw the horse pushing forward steadily (sections: 8-7-4). A further Conghua turf trial over 800m on February 14th was completed comfortably with something left in reserve (sections: 6-7-4). Three months ago, a Sha Tin Turf mile run yielded a disappointing performance; a slow start saw the horse settling towards the back with a consistent pace but no notable acceleration. Following a short break, three barrier trials have shown reasonable form. Making its debut over Happy Valley's 1200m this time without any weight concession and facing an unfavorable distance, the draw is advantageous. Final fast work suggests the stable are aiming to get it running comfortably.
