Seven days ago, this horse ran a respectable race on the dirt over 1200m, jumping slowly and settling towards the back. It finished strongly but was beaten three and a half lengths. Racing again in quick succession, it will now tackle a Happy Valley 1200m with no weight change, but has drawn an unfavorable outside barrier requiring a hold-up strategy. Though its finishing kick may not match rivals, given its comparable time within the group, it could be a contender for minor placing as an outsider.
