On March 24th, a turf trial over 1600m at Conghua saw the horse urged early and make some late ground. Three weeks prior, it ran a respectable race over Sha Tin’s 1600m, jumping slowly but settling towards the rear before making a mid-race move with good acceleration. A recent barrier trial didn't demonstrate standout performance. This will be its first attempt at Sha Tin over 2000m; despite drawing an unfavorable outside barrier, the distance is considered suitable and it may contend for a placing.
