On March 20th, a dirt trial over 1200m at Conghua saw this horse battling for position throughout, finishing smoothly in midfield. Three weeks prior, it ran over Sha Tin’s 1200m turf, performing adequately while settling in a good position tracking the leaders and showing mid-race acceleration but failing to sustain the effort. A subsequent barrier trial didn't demonstrate exceptional form. Now switching to dirt over 1200m for its debut on this surface, it will carry four pounds less this time. The tactics are expected to be hold-up, however, its finishing kick may not match rivals. While the distance is favorable and drawing an inside barrier provides some advantage, overall circumstances aren't ideal but it has potential to influence the outcome.
