This horse recently completed two barrier trials at Conghua, showcasing a solid front-running style. The first, over 1200m on {20/2}, saw an easy lead and strong finish (recorded as 1-1-1). A subsequent trial over the same distance on {6/2} involved a steady pace from the front, maintaining consistent speed (1-3-3). However, its last run at Happy Valley over a mile was disappointing – a slow start saw it trailing throughout and unable to make ground. Following a break, these trials suggest some improvement. A further turf trial over 1400m at Sha Tin is scheduled, with a 2lb weight reduction for this race. Despite four previous attempts over the course and distance resulting in defeats, and concerns regarding overall form, a favourable draw could allow it to lead, though significant improvement will be needed to contend. The horse's chances appear limited currently.
