Last start over this course and distance, the performance was satisfactory, though a slow break saw the horse settle towards the rear. It showed some acceleration in the middle stages but ultimately couldn't bridge the gap to the leaders. This time around, receiving a three-pound weight relief doesn’t significantly improve its chances. Despite similar early pace expectations within the field, it appears capable of pressing forward. Drawn an inside barrier and having had a gate workout, however, there are no clear indicators of a winning opportunity at this stage.
