DAN ATTACK (H317): Shortly after the start was bumped. After the event, H Bowman stated that he was given no specific instructions. He said in the early stages when caught wide he elected to continue forward to take up a position outside the lead to avoid covering additional ground. He added that due to the wide barrier and having to make use of his mount to go forward the horse did not finish the race off in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
WOOD ON FIRE (C460): Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. After the event, H T Mo reported that he was given no specific instructions but had expected to race in a more forward position. He said WOOD ON FIRE failed to show sufficient pace to do so and as a result settled further back than intended.
SPEEDY FORTUNE (H097): Sent for sampling post-race.

TIMESTORM (G109): Near the 550 Metres was steadied to avoid GORGEOUS VITALITY.
PLENTIFUL (G400): When being eased to allow SPEEDY FORTUNE to cross after the 600 Metres commenced to race keenly for some distance thereafter, shifted out and made contact with PHILOS. Near the 100 Metres A Atzeni dropped his whip. Sent for sampling post-race.
GORGEOUS VITALITY (G051): Bumped at the start. Leaving the 600 Metres was bumped and became unbalanced. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
