LINE SEEKER shifted out at the start and bumped the hindquarters of BLOCKER DEE. KEY WITNESS was crowded for room on jumping between MAGIC LEGEND and TURF SPRINT which shifted out despite the efforts of its rider. Form a wide barrier, RACING SUPERNOVA was steadied in the early stages and shifted across behind runners. Passing the 700 Metres, TURF SPRINT got its head on the side and lay out and then near the 650 Metres was taken wider by LINE SEEKER which shifted out. Near the 650 Metres, BLOCKER DEE was awkwardly placed close to the heels of MAGIC LEGEND. HOUSE OF FUN lay out in the middle stages. Passing the 400 Metres, STRATHMORE and LINE SEEKER raced tight as STRATHMORE shifted out into clear running. Also passing the 400 Metres, HOUSE OF FUN and VERBINSKY bumped. RACING SUPERNOVA was held up for clear running until passing the 300 Metres. Throughout the race, PABLOSKY travelled wide and without cover. A veterinary inspection of VERBINSKY and HOUSE OF FUN immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. MAGIC LEGEND and STRATHMORE were sent for sampling.
