VICTOR EMPEROR began only fairly and then shortly after the start was crowded for room between HOME RUN and AMRITSARIA which shifted out. FRUITFUL LIFE and NAMJONG INVINCIBLE bumped at the start and then were both crowded for room between EASTERN PROWESS and LONDON CITY which shifted in after being bumped by HONG KONG CAPTAIN. After travelling a short distance, HOME RUN was steadied after racing tight between VICTOR EMPEROR and SUPER SWEET ORANGE. After the 1300 Metres, AMRITSARIA got its head up and raced keenly when being steadied to obtain cover. After the 1200 Metres, EASTERN PROWESS got its head up when over-racing and awkwardly placed close to the heels of INVISIBLE. Passing the 900 Metres, SUPER SWEET ORANGE was awkwardly placed behind VICTOR EMPEROR. Making the first turn after the 900 Metres, EASTERN PROWESS, which was racing greenly, got its head on the side and shifted out away from the heels of INVISIBLE, resulting in NAMJONG INVINCIBLE being taken wider. After this, NAMJONG INVINCIBLE remained racing wide and without cover. After the 800 Metres, SUPER CLAN was left racing wide and without cover. Rounding the Home Turn, VICTOR EMPEROR raced in restricted room inside AMRITSARIA. A veterinary inspection of NAMJONG INVINCIBLE immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. HOME RUN and SUPER TALENT were sent for sampling.
