BUNDLE OF JOY was withdrawn on raceday morning by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (skin infection over back). Before being allowed to race again, BUNDLE OF JOY will be subjected to an official veterinary examination. STARTING OVER was slow to begin and shortly after the start was taken across behind runners. SECRET AGENT began only fairly and a short distance after the start was checked when crowded for room between LYRIC ACE and SIGHT BELIEVER, both of which shifted ground. Making the turn after the 600 Metres, SUPER FRESH got its head on the side and became unbalanced after shifting in and making contact with the running rail. In the Straight, EASTERN PROMISE got its head on the side and hung in under pressure. Over the concluding stages, SIGHT BELIEVER raced tight inside EASTERN PROMISE which, when continuing to lay in, shifted in further away from ROCKET LET WIN which shifted in over the final 100 Metres and particularly over the concluding stages. SIGHT BELIEVER, ROCKET LET WIN and EASTERN PROMISE were sent for sampling.
